John R. Chappell II, Joy's son, joined the business in 2007 as a sales agent. John came with a background in development, property managment, and business management. John currently serves as primary listing and sales agent. He is also a former President of the Cassville Golf Association, and in the past has been a member of the Lions Club, American Planning Association, and the Kappa Sigma Fraternity.
